A service that enables property owners or real estate developers to contract with engineering offices to obtain the best and most suitable price quote to begin the process of subdividing real estate units for issuing title deeds through the Ministry of Justice.

A service that enables owners of subdivided units to divide a unit or subdivided real estate units, shared property, real estate complex, or any part thereof, whether through fragmentation, merger, addition, or other methods.
Re-subdivision Service
A service that enables owners of subdivided units to divide a unit or subdivided real estate units, shared property, real estate complex, or any part thereof, whether through fragmentation, merger, addition, or other methods.
Premium Subdivision Service
A service that enables engineering offices to expedite the process of entering subdivision request data through an engine that automatically analyzes the property’s plans based on uploaded survey data, instead of manual data entry.
Subdivision Certificate Service
A document issued in the name of the real estate unit owner containing the subdivision record data for the real estate unit, facilitating the owner’s ability to dispose of the unit and obtain services.
