As part of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ commitment to providing a dignified life and suitable housing for citizens—ensuring their comfort, security, stability, growth, and well-being in alignment with Vision 2030—the electronic Real Estate Unit Subdivision Platform was established. This platform was designed to complete subdivision processes both legally and technically, define the rights and obligations of each unit within shared properties and complexes, organize relationships between owners to safeguard their rights and ensure proper utilization of properties, and facilitate procedures for issuing ownership documents. Subdivision and re-subdivision requests can be submitted through accredited engineering and surveying offices in accordance with the Real Estate Unit Ownership, Subdivision, and Management Law (Council of Ministers Resolution No. (440) dated 1/7/1441 Hijri).
