The Subdivision of Real Estate Units program provides various services to facilitate the procedures and requirements for subdivision. Through these services, a building or real estate complex can be subdivided or re-subdivided into several real estate units. Each unit’s information is defined, including its share of the land area, common property parts, and usage rights. The service is provided to beneficiaries (owners or developers) through consulting and surveying offices accredited by the Subdivision Program. After the request is reviewed and approved, subdivision reports are issued and sent to the Notary Public Office to be officially transferred to the beneficiary or buyer.
