An introductory workshop for the Owners Association and Real Estate Unit Subdivision Programs was held in Riyadh at the Burj Rafal Kempinski Hotel on Sunday, 15/10/2017. The workshop aimed to introduce the program, its law, and regulations. It also reviewed the mechanism for submitting and uploading the necessary requirements for request approval and introduced the role of relevant authorities and the role of the Owners Association after registration approval. The workshop further addressed the targeted buildings in the Real Estate Unit Subdivision Program. At the end of the workshop, a discussion was opened with attendees to gather suggestions that would help improve the quality of services provided to relevant authorities.
