It also allows the subdivision of real estate complexes located in specific geographic areas and connected through shared components and facilities—such as towers and mixed-use residential or commercial complexes—into multiple real estate units, each with its own independent title deed. These services define all relevant information about real estate units, including their share of land area, shared spaces, and usage rights. Once subdivision record requests are reviewed and approved, they are electronically transferred to notary offices to facilitate the issuance of title deeds.
