The Real Estate Unit Subdivision Program honored 15 engineering offices that achieved the highest growth in the utilization of the premium service across the Kingdom’s regions. It also organized an introductory tour about the program and the services it offers through several workshops held at Sakani Comprehensive Centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and the Eastern Province during November. The tour included eight introductory workshops—two in each city—targeting engineering offices and real estate developers. The workshops introduced the program’s advantages and services, such as the Subdivision Service and Premium Service, along with other newly introduced services. They also outlined the beneficiary categories for each service, explained how to benefit from them, and clarified the differences between the services to help beneficiaries choose the most suitable service when requesting or obtaining it via the electronic platform. These efforts aim to raise awareness among beneficiaries about the solutions offered by the program, which simplify and expedite the procedures necessary for issuing ownership documents. The program also contributes to the development, organization, and unification of subdivision procedures in accordance with laws and regulations based on clear and specific standards designed to safeguard the rights of all beneficiaries. Moreover, it seeks to encourage engineering offices and real estate developers to make use of the program’s services, which enable beneficiaries to maximize the value of subdivided properties and obtain title deeds efficiently. The program provides a variety of services designed to facilitate subdivision procedures and requirements, allowing for the subdivision of a building or a real estate complex into multiple real estate units. These services specify all details regarding each real estate unit, its share of land area, the common property areas, and its associated usage rights. Beneficiaries (owners or developers) can access these services through consulting and surveying offices accredited by the subdivision program. Once requests are reviewed and approved, subdivision records are issued and electronically sent to notary offices to be transferred to the beneficiaries or buyers.
