The Real Estate Unit Subdivision Program organized an introductory workshop in Jazan, in cooperation with the local branch of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and the Jazan Chamber of Commerce, on Sunday, February 13. The workshop was led by Engineer Muhannad Al-Aboud, Director of the Real Estate Unit Subdivision Program, and attended by more than 90 representatives from engineering offices in Jazan. The aim of the workshop was to introduce beneficiaries to the program, its services, and the most recent updates. It also focused on how the program develops and organizes the procedures used for subdividing and dividing real estate units, in accordance with clear and specific laws and regulations designed to safeguard rights. During the workshop, participants were briefed on the advantages and requirements of subdivision, the mechanisms for submitting requests, and the types of properties and residential and commercial units that investors are able to subdivide and divide into multiple independent units. Subdivision certificates, which simplify the process of issuing title deeds, were also discussed. In addition, the session included a Q&A segment to address inquiries from engineering offices in Jazan. This workshop is part of a broader series of workshops offered by the program to introduce its services in cooperation with chambers of commerce across the Kingdom.
